This is another quick and easy recipe. Kids like it too since it looks like noodles.
Roasted vermicelli - 1 small pack
Green chillies - 3 or 4 finely chopped
Onion - 1 medium - chopped
Cilantro - finely chopped
Roasted Cashew - handful
mustard seeds, hing, urad daal for seasoning
In little oil, pop mustard seeds, add hing and urad daal and fry till urad daal turns golden brown.
Add the chopped onions and saute till the onions are translucent. Add the roasted vermicelli and saute for couple of minutes and then add water and salt to taste. When it is done, add cilantro and the cashew pieces.
If you boil water side by side, it will be quicker.
