Spring is in the air!

Instant Mango Thokku :

This is quick, easy and very tasty.

Ingredients :
Mango - 1 big
Red chilli powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds, hing and urad daal for seasoning.

Method :

Peel and chop mango into small cubes. Add salt and redchilly powder and mix well. Season with mustard seeds, hing and urad daal. Let it sit for sometime. It tastes better after it starts leaving some water. Yummy :-)

I'm sending this for Click : Spring / Autumn and FIC : Red and Green,

an event started by Sunshinemom of Tongue Ticklers.

Now, enjoy more spring with the 'Tulips from my frontyard' :-)
