Zero-oil Lemon Green Chilli Pickle

This is my grandma's recipe. She taught me this simple, yet very tasty pickle when i went to india this time. It has zero oil, btw.
Ingredients :
Lemon : 20
Green chillies : 6
Salt to taste (Approximately 2 teaspoons)
Method :
Cut lemon into small pieces. Slit green chillies vertically and mix this and salt with the cut lemon pieces. Mix them all very well and store it in a glass or ceramic vessel in a cool place for few days. I kept it for about 2 weeks and it tasted so good.
I am sending this to Sunshinemom's FIC: Yellow

My amma always used to make this for me. She also adds some chopped ginger. I loved to eat the ginger pieces. I have also made a small quantity of this and reach out for the bottle when I lose my appetite.
